I designed these cute little invitations (and cut out a bunch of little neckties by hand!).
I also cut out neckties for garlands to decorate the party area with.
And, of course, we had a refreshment table. Neckties, bowties, plaid, and mustaches were everywhere.
I served fruit, veggies and dip, and some necktie sugar cookies.
I didn't have a necktie-shaped cookie cutter, nor did I want to pay $12 for the one I found online. So, I used this tutorial from Come on, Ilene to make my own cookie cutter from a soda can!
And, of course, there were cupcakes.
And, of course, there were cupcakes.
I got the mustaches for the cups in the Dollar Spot at Target. My kids had fun with the leftover cups, pretending to have mustaches. :)

And, I ordered a mold from amazon.com to make the chocolate mustaches. Those were a lot of fun, too.

I had a lot of fun putting together this baby shower! And, I've got two more coming up this fall--fun times!

I like. I wish I had someone fun to throw a baby shower for.
This is so cute! I just had a baby girl and once we are ready for baby #2 hopefully it's a little man so we can have a fun little party like this! Thanks for sharing, found you on Tatertots and Jello!
